Anti-King Sandwich sudoku

Sandwich Sudoku is a variation of Sudoku where there are additional clues outside of the grid. These clues are in the form of "sandwiches", which are two numbers that are separated by a dash. The sum of the two numbers in the sandwich must be the number in the cell above or below the sandwich.

For example, if there is a sandwich with the numbers 1 and 9 in a row, then the number in the cell above or below the sandwich must be 10.
