Irregular Non-Consecutive Sudoku 8x8 Rules
Non-Consecutive Sudoku no two adjacent cells have consecutive values. For example, if a cell contains 3, any neighbouring square cannot contain either 2 or 4.

Irregular Sudoku Rule: Each row, column, and irregularly shaped block must contain all the digits (1-8) without repetition. This is the key difference.
Non-Consecutive Sudoku no two adjacent cells have consecutive values. For example, if a cell contains 3, any neighbouring square cannot contain either 2 or 4.
Irregular Non-Consecutive Sudoku 8x8 = Non-Consecutive Sudoku 8x8 + Irregular Sudoku.
